• No. 1 OREGON and No. 6 UCLA battle it out on the road for the Pac-12 regular-season softball title this week. The Ducks head to No. 17 ARIZONA and clinch the title outright if they win at least one more game than the Bruins, which play a three-game series at No. 24 ARIZONA STATE. UCLA could win a share of the Pac-12 Championship if they tie Oregon’s Conference won-lost percentage by winning one more game than UO, and would win outright if they won two more games than UO this week. Meanwhile, No. 20 WASHINGTON heads to UTAH with the Utes fresh off a bye week, No. 19 CALIFORNIA hosts Bay Area rival STANFORD and OREGON STATE plays two non-conference games at San Diego State.

• NCAA selections take place Sunday, May 10 at 7 p.m. PT on ESPNU. The Pac-12 currently boasts eight teams with a won-lost percentage of .500 or greater, led by Oregon which will be the Pac-12’s automatic qualifier unless UCLA beats UO’s Conference won-lost percentage, in which case the Bruins would earn the league’s qualifier spot for the NCAA Championship.

• UO’s Hailey Decker earned Pac-12 Player of the Week accolades, while fellow Duck Lauren Lindvall was named Freshman of the Week. UCLA’s Ally Carda was voted Pitcher of the Week.
