Oregon State received its first invitation to play in the Rose Bowl after an unprecedented 7-2 1941 season. But the team's trials went beyond a last-minute, cross-country trek to play in frigid North Carolina in the wake of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Pac-12 Network's Ashley Adamson has the story.
