Chapel Hill, NC — Solid runs in the third and fourth quarters helped propel North Carolina to a 87-80 overtime win here Sunday over the Colorado women's basketball team, denying the Buffaloes their chance for an opening weekend sweep.
Colorado's women's basketball team has a new radio home for the 2017-18 season, moving to 630 KHOW on AM radio. All but four games will be broadcast on the new home; however tonight's season opener at Samford is one of the four that will be on 1190 KVCU. Here are the four games not on 630 KHOW:

BOULDER – Colorado women's basketball coach JR Payne announced the signing of two student-athletes to the 2018 recruiting class. Cameron Swartz and Sirena "Peanut" Tuitele each signed a National Letter of Intent on Wednesday during the NCAA's early signing period.
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Colorado junior Kennedy Leonard has been named to the Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Preseason Watch List on Monday. She is one of 20 players in the country that is on the Lieberman Award Watch List.
