Pac-12 announces women's soccer players of the week

• Netted the game-winning goal in an upset 1-0 road win over then-No. 8 UCLA to keep No. 9 Washington State undefeated and notch its best start to a season in program history with eight-consecutive wins.
• Scored her second-straight game-winning goal and second of her career over a top-15 team.
• Picked up a team-best sixth goal of the year, moving her into sixth place for most career goals in program history with 21.
• Marks her first-career weekly honor and 20th all-time weekly nod for the Cougars.

• Led a Washington State backfield that shutout then-No. 8 UCLA in Los Angeles, maintaining the Cougars’ perfect record this season. WSU is one of only two unbeaten teams remaining in the nation.
• Dominated the backfield and came up with her second defensive save of the season early in the game to preserve the scoreless draw.
• Stopped a dangerous Bruin attack and turned it into a game-winning counter attack in the second half, notching her first assist of the season on Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week Morgan Weaver’s game-winning goal.
• Marks her first-career weekly honor and 21st all-time nod for the Cougars.

• In just her third-career start, led the Cougars to a 1-0 shutout at then-No. 8 UCLA to give No. 9 Washington State its best start to a season in program history.
• Produced a career-best nine saves, the most saves for a Cougar keeper since Ella Dederick’s 11 in 2015.
• The shutout was the first of Thompson's career and fourth of the season for WSU.
• The combined efforts of Thompson and teammates Ella Dederick and Emma Dahline in goal ranks third in the Pac-12 and 19th in the nation for goals against average at 0.50.
• Marks her first-career weekly honor and the 22nd all-time nod for the Cougars.
