SEATTLE - The Washington GymDawgs will head down I-5 for NCAA Regionals, set to compete in session one of the Corvallis Regional. Washington will compete with #5 Denver, #12 Boise State, and Southern Utah in its session. Washington has already faced Boise State and Southern Utah this year in the regular season.

The GymDawgs will begin on floor and continue in Olympic order, competing on floor, vault, bars, and beam in that order.

This will be the first year of a new postseason format in gymnastics. To advance to the new eight-team Nationals, Washington will need to finish in the top two of its session in Corvallis, then finish in the top two again in the Regional final, set for April 6 at 7:00 pm.

Washington finished the year ranked 18th in the country. The GymDawgs have made back-to-back NCAA Nationals and will look to make it three consecutive years. This would be the first time in Washington history that the team has made three Nationals in a row if they can advance through the Corvallis Regional.
