CU Soccer Upsets No. 19 BYU To Advance To Sweet 16
Entering the NCAA Women’s Soccer Tournament, Colorado had not won in its last four tries. But momentum can be a funny thing, and momentum is what the Buffaloes have now after their second consecutive win, a 2-1 victory over No. 19 BYU on Thursday in the round of 32. Colorado will face top seed and regional host Florida State Saturday in the Buffs’ second Sweet 16 appearance in program history.
