You could say it's really growing on him.
When the Ducks arrived at Disneyland on Saturday afternoon, Pac-12 Networks' Yogi Roth confirmed that the shadow on Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota's face had nothing to do with the five-o'clock hour. The 2014 Heisman Trophy winner spent the holidays with his family, and resurfaced in SoCal sporting what some are calling a beard.
But, evidently, it's not such a big hit with mom. Will Marcus lead the Ducks into the Rose Bowl in full grizzly glory— or will he 'shave' the best for last? Here's how a few on Twitter reacted to the new look:
Marcus Mariota taking his scruff to a new level at Disneyland today. Is this the beginning of college football's playoff beard?!
