USC

Zach Helfand dives into the numbers and schedules of teams to tell us that USC still has a good chance to win the Pac-12 South. It’s wide open, and another three-loss division winner is not out of the realm of possibilities.

Arizona State

Arizona State quarterback Brady White is out for the season, head coach Todd Graham announced Monday. He suffered a right foot injury in the fourth quarter against UCLA.

Utah

Josh Furlong of KSL.com reports that Utah running back Armand Shyne is out for the season with a knee injury after he put up the first 100-yard rushing game this season out of the Ute backfield against Arizona. The Utes have had a ton of RBs get banged up this year.

Colorado

Brian Howell reports that both Steven Montez and Sefo Liufau are preparing to start against Arizona State this weekend. Liufau continues to heal from a sprained ankle and even filled in for Montez in the USC game after Montez got the wind knocked out of him.

UCLA

Thuc Nhi Nguyen reports that Jim Mora is optimistic that Josh Rosen will play against Washington State after sustaining multiple injuries in the loss to Arizona State. Huge game here for both sides – UCLA can’t afford to drop to 3-4, while Wazzu can jump into a tie for first in the Pac-12 North with the Dawgs.

Washington State

Former Washington State basketball coach Ken Bone was confused for an audience member at the presidential debate of the same name on Twitter, and Colin Ward-Henninger of CBS Sports gives us a recap of what went on in the Twitterverse.

Oregon State

Former Oregon State running back Jacquizz Rodgers had his first 100-yard rushing game in the NFL Monday night to help the Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Carolina Panthers. Rodgers toted the rock 30 times for 101 yards.

Stanford

Tom FitzGerald writes about Stanford’s issues on the offensive line, as quarterback Ryan Burns has had little time to throw the past couple of games. Injuries up front certainly haven’t helped.

Washington

Matt Norlander of CBS Sports believes that Washington’s Markelle Fultz is the No. 2 freshman in college basketball this season. Basketball season is just a month away now…

Arizona

Oregon

Tony Piraro of Addicted to Quack tries to lighten the mood for Duck fans by saying that there are better days ahead for Oregon football. That said, 70-21 isn’t that easy to get over…

California

Jon Wilner grades Cal football’s overtime loss to Oregon State (hint: it’s not a passing grade).
