SAN FRANCISCO - Coming off one of its strongest seasons in Conference history, Pac-12 Men's Soccer enjoyed one of its best showings in the Major League Soccer SuperDraft with 10 selections in the 2022 edition on Tuesday.

It marked just the third time the league produced double-digit draft picks since sport sponsorship began in 2000 (11 in 2015, 10 in 2019 & 2022).

Led by STANFORD's Ousseni Bouda at No. 8 overall, four Pac-12 standouts came off the board in succession midway through the first round, then a fifth with the final pick of the opening round - the five first-round picks are the most in Conference history.

The league followed up with five more selections in the second round for a total of 10 picks, tied for the second-most ever for the Conference and the most ever in the first two rounds (8 in 2014).

The three Pac-12 programs which participated in the 2021 NCAA Tournament accounted for 9-of-10 selections. NCAA College Cup participant WASHINGTON amassed five selections (Ryan Sailor, Kendall Burks, Charlie Ostrem, Lucas Meek, Achille Robin), Pac-12 champion and NCAA Tournament No. 1 overall seed OREGON STATE landed two (Tsiki Ntsabeleng, Sofiane Djeffal) and UCLA had two (Ahmed Longmire, Ben Reveno).
