UW women's soccer will play six games during the month of April, comprising the entirety of the Huskies' 2016 spring schedule. UW will start its spring season against Seattle Reign FC at Memorial Stadium on Saturday, April 9 at Memorial Stadium.
Following another successful season for UW women's soccer that saw the Huskies make their 14th NCAA Tournament appearance in program history and second straight, the Huskies were recognized by a variety of organizations and publications for their performances on and off the field. UW also gave out its team awards at the annual year end banquet.
UW sophomore Dominique Bond-Flasza (Jamaica) and freshman Kelcie Hedge (USA) are representing their countries at the CONCACAF Under 20 Women's Championship Dec. 3-13 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Check back for updates throughout the competition as we follow the action.
UW women's soccer had three players honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) on the 2015 NCAA Division I Women's All-Pacific Region teams, with senior defender McKenzie Karas being named to the second team and sophomores Kimby Keever and Shannon Simon earning third team honors.
