TUCSON, Ariz. - Arizona's beach volleyball team came out on top this morning with a 5-0 win against Austin Peay. This victory will close out the Seminole Beach Battle for the Cats, who went 1-2 in the tournament.
"The team was still rather disappointed that we did not finish off our opportunities to get some significant wins yesterday", said head coach
Steve Walker. "We came out today with some really steady, focused play. This collection of players will only continue to get better and we have high aspirations as we move into the second half of the regular season."
The Cats are currently 11-2 so far this season. Next Up, Arizona will travel up to the Northwest to take on the Huskies at Washington.
