TUCSON, Ariz. - The Arizona Men's Tennis team will kick off the Pac-12 Championships Thursday night in Ojai, Calif. where they will square off against No. 3 seeded Stanford.Â
Last year in the Pac-12 tournament the Wildcats defeated No. 38 Utah in the first round but were eliminated by UCLA in quarterfinals.Â
In the one matchup this season between Stanford and Arizona, Stanford proved victorious 4-0 at home over Arizona.Â
Arizona heads into the tournament finishing with a 17-6 overall record in the regular season and No. 26 in the ITA rankings.
Filip Malbasic lead the team in wins with 18 while setting the all time team record in the process.Â
