• Earns his first Pac-12 Wrestler of the Week honor after a key match victory in Arizona State's dual meet win at Stanford. 
• Valencia picked up his fifth win of the season with a 6-3 upset over the Cardinal's No. 23 Tyler Eischens.
• Entering the match unranked, Valencia won the match with two takedowns, an escape and riding points while holding Eischens to zero takedowns.  
• Valencia's three points in the seventh of 10 matches gave ASU a 19-6 advantage and some breathing room en route to the eventual 25-14 league triumph.
