• Went 4-0 to capture the Mountaineer Invitational title at 157 pounds.  
• Wins included a 21-second fall over Corbin Dion (Gardner-Webb); a 7-2 decision over Ohio's Peyten Kellar; a 12-6 decision over #12 Jake Keating (Virginia); and a 6-4 SV decision over Stanford teammate Charlie Darracott.
• With a 4-0 weekend, Cardenas is now 9-0 in his young Stanford career, and currently ranks 22nd on Intermat and 21st on FloWrestling for the 157-pound weight class.
