SUGAR GROVE, Illinois – The No. 23 Arizona State men's golf team sits positioned in 21st place after two rounds of play at the 2017 NCAA Championships, held at the par-72, 7,300-yard Rich Harvest Farms.
The No. 9 University of Oregon men's golf team shot a 282 during the second round of the NCAA championships and currently tied with Texas at 12th heading into the final round of stroke play before eliminations.
After two rounds of action at the NCAA men's golf championship, some clarity is coming to the standings. Entering Sunday's final preliminary round -- after which only the top 15 teams will advance -- this is the Pac-12's situation: USC is in excellent shape, Oregon is on the bubble, and Stanford and Arizona State both have work to do to survive team play past the weekend.
