SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 announced its fifth weekly honors of the 2022-23 men's basketball season as presented by Nextiva and voted on by media who cover the league.

Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week, presented by Nextiva (12/12/22)
Will Richardson, OREGON
Sr., G, Hinesville, Ga.

  • Recorded the first triple-double in Oregon men's program history since 2002 with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists in Saturday's 78-65 victory over Nevada.
  • Became the first Pac-12 player to reach totals of 19p/10r/11a since Arizona's Damon Stoudamire (32/12/14) in 1995.
  • Shot 7-of-12 from the floor, including 4-of-7 behind the arc. 
  • Third career Pac-12 Player of the Week honor (1/3/22, 1/17/22), tied for the fourth-most in program history and one shy of matching record four (Dillon Brooks, Chris Duarte, Blair Rasmussen).

  • Best outing as a collegian in Saturday's 87-64 victory over Denver, posting season-highs of 11 points and six assists in 21 minutes.
  • Six assists came with zero turnovers, increasing season assist-to-turnover ratio to 5.0 (15:3).
  • Shot season-best 5-of-10 from the floor and added four rebounds.
  • UCLA's third consecutive Freshman of the Week honor, entered 2022-23 season with two.
