SAN FRANCISCO - The Pac-12 announced its ninth weekly honors of the 2022-23 men's basketball season as presented by Nextiva and voted on by media who cover the league.
Pac-12 Men's Basketball Player of the Week, presented by Nextiva (1/9/23)

- Averaged 23.5 points on 67 percent shooting (18-27), 6.0 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.0 assists to lead Colorado to a home sweep of the Oregon schools for seven wins in its past eight games.
- With leading scorer KJ Simpson out due to illness, delivered career-high 30 points on 11-of-17 shooting (3-4 3FG) along with seven rebounds, three steals and three assists in 68-41 rout of Oregon.
- Added 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting and five rebounds in 62-42 victory against Oregon State.
- Part of defensive effort that held both the Ducks and Beavers to lowest offensive outputs of season.
- First career Pac-12 weekly award.

- Second consecutive Pac-12 Freshman of the Week award (1/2/23), fifth of the season for UCLA program.
- Posted eight points, career-high 10 rebounds and two blocks in UCLA's 60-58 victory over crosstown rival USC.
- Helped Bruins stay unbeaten and in first place in Pac-12 play (5-0) and extend win streak to 11 straight games, the fourth-longest in NCAA Division I and longest among major conference programs.
