11 Pac-12 athletes earn academic all-district at-large honors

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. -  11 Pac-12 athletes were named to the Capital One Academic All-District® At-Large team, selected by CoSIDA. The Pac-12 had one athlete represented in District VII and nine in District VIII. ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, UCLA, USC, UTAH and WASHINGTON STATE are the Pac-12 schools represented. The first-team Academic All-District® honorees advance to the Capital One Academic All-America® team ballot where first-, second-, and third-team All-America honorees will be selected later this month.

The 2013 Capital One Academic All-District® At-Large Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom. The Academic All-District teams are divided into eight geographic districts across the United States and Canada.
