No. 4 Cal MWP Dominates Air Force, 17-8

BERKELEY – No. 4 ranked Cal (5-0) dominated its opening match of the NorCal Invitational, defeating Air Force, 17-8, Saturday (Sept. 21) at Spieker Aquatics Complex. 

Watkins Nets Winner

Fifth-year senior Forrest Watkins broke an 8-8 deadlock with 1:17 to go in the second overtime period Saturday night to give No. 5 Stanford a 9-8 come-from-behind win over No. 3 Pacific and send the Cardinal into Sunday’s NorCal Invitational semifinals. 

No. 2 UCLA Defeats No. 16 Concordia, 17-4, at NorCal Invitational

BERKELEY, Calif. — The No. 2 UCLA men's water polo team improved to 8-0 on the season with a 17-4 win over No. 16 Concordia this morning in the first game of the NorCal Invitational. Sophomore Danny McClintick and freshmen Ryder Roberts, Chancellor Ramirez and Jack Fellner each completed hat tricks in the win.

No. 2 UCLA Shuts Down No. 6 UC Santa Barbara, 10-4

BERKELEY, Calif. — The No. 2 UCLA men's water polo team improved to 9-0 on the season with a 10-4 win over No. 6 UC Santa Barbara (6-1) this afternoon in the quarterfinals of the NorCal Invitational. Junior Paul Reynolds completed a hat trick to lead the Bruins.

Trojans Perfect Through Day One of the NorCal Tournament

CONCORD, Calif. — The No. 1-ranked USC men's water polo team tallied wins over Diablo Valley College and Pepperdine in the opening day of competition at the NorCal Tournament on Saturday, improving to 9-0 on the season and advancing to the winner's bracket of the tournament.
