WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Fran Tew scored eight minutes into the first overtime period, lifting No. 13 Stanford past No. 14 Wake Forest 1-0 on Friday afternoon. The Cardinal (11-3, 3-1 NorPac), which entered the game having lost its only two other overtime contests this year, collected its third straight win and improved to 4-2 against nationally-ranked foes.
