Rolling Through The Spring

Stanford men's soccer has continued its roll through the spring schedule, and heading into a weekend off has just one match remaining. That match will take place next Saturday, May 10, against Sacramento Republic FC at 4 p.m. at Laird Q. Cagan Stadium.
Over the past two weekends, the Cardinal took on local rivals San Francisco and UC Davis. Jordan Morris scored twice over the two matches while Eric Verso added a goal off of a free kick as the Cardinal highlighted the stretch with a 2-0 win over UC Davis.
Head coach Jeremy Gunn took a few minutes with GoStanford.com to chat about the performance of the Cardinal so far this spring, and also gauge the forward strides that the returning players have made.
