USC

USC alum Lisa Leslie has been named to the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2015. The Women of Troy went 89-31 during her time on campus and she won two WNBA titles with the Los Angeles Sparks.

UCLA

Great news for Bruin baseball fans: UCLA relief pitcher David Berg is returning to school after not signing with the Texas Rangers. The AL West club drafted him in the 17th round.

Stanford

The Oklahoman has an interesting story on why Oklahoma City Thunder forward Josh Huestis might be the first ever domestic-draft-and-stash first-round pick in the history of the NBA. The article theorizes that the Thunder will have Huestis play for the Thunder’s D-League team, which is planning to move from Tulsa to Oklahoma City. Huestis would play in the D-League his first season as a pro before moving up to the big league ball club. Pre-order your 66ers jerseys ASAP.

Washington

This Washington football hype video is all kinds of amazing. I really enjoy this video.

Colorado

Colorado men’s basketball player Tre’Shaun Fletcher is named one of the “under-the-radar sophomores to watch” by ESPN.com’s C.L. Brown, and so is Arizona’s Elliott Pitts.

Arizona

Let’s preview the Arizona football linebackers for the upcoming season with Anthony Gimino as our master of ceremonies.

Arizona State

What is done unto one Territorial Cup foe must be done unto the other, so here is a preview of the Arizona State football linebackers, courtesy of Doug Haller.

Oregon

The Oregonian gives us an opponent preview of South Dakota, the first foe Oregon football will face in the 2014 season.

Oregon State

The Oregonian also previews the Oregon State-Portland State football game to kick off the 2014 season for the Beavers. Oregon State has lost to an FCS opponent in two of the last three seasons (both from the Big Sky, which is also the home to Portland State).

Utah

Let’s take a look at the Utah women’s basketball non-conference schedule. Dates with Nebraska and BYU are the ones to highlight in yellow.

Washington State

Former Washington State quarterback Jeff Tuel opened training camp with the Buffalo Bills Sunday. Yes, football season really is around the corner.

California

California Golden Blogs is asking for your questions for Pac-12 Football Media Day, and if you’re lucky, your question might get asked at the media days. Cal will take the stand Wednesday.
