The 2016 Pac-12 Men’s Basketball Tournament will be played Wednesday - Saturday, March 9 - 12, 2016, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The tournament features 11 games over four in-tense days. Last year, Arizona captured the tournament title in an exciting atmosphere as thousands of fans witnessed competitive games played by some of the best college basketball teams in the country.

"Entering our fourth year in Las Vegas, we are excited about how much this tournament has grown," said Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott. "It is truly a must-attend event and a great experience on a big stage for our student-athletes."

The Pac-12 basketball season tipped off this past month as one of the best basketball leagues in the country with Arizona and UCLA currently ranked in the AP Top 25. The Pac-12 already has six wins against AP Top 25 teams and an overall win percentage of .769 so far this season.

Last season, four Pac-12 teams were selected to play in the NCAA Tournament and all four won at least one game in the tournament. Pac-12 teams recorded eight total tournament wins, highlighted by Arizona, UCLA, and Utah making the Sweet Sixteen, and Arizona advancing to the Elite Eight. Outside of the NCAA Tournament, Stanford also won the 2015 NIT title.

Once again this year, the Pac-12 has partnered with Las Vegas Events and the MGM Grand Garden Arena to make the most of the tournament for its student-athletes and fans.
