Tickets to NCAA Men's Basketball Championship West Regional on sale Saturday

Games will be played at SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. March 23 and 25, 2017
Pac-12 Conference serving as West Regional host

 

SAN FRANCISCO – Tickets for the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship West Regional to be played at SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. will go on sale on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 10 a.m. PT at NCAA.com/MBBTickets, following an exclusive pre-sale that runs through Thursday, Nov. 3. Tickets are limited and are expected to sell quickly. 

The West Regional, hosted by the Pac-12 Conference, will see action on March 23 and 25, 2017. Competition will feature two Regional Semifinal games on Thursday, March 23 and the West Regional Championship game on Saturday, March 25. The Regional Champion will cut down the nets at SAP Center and advance to the Final Four® in Phoenix. 

This is the first time that the Pac-12 Conference has played host to NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship games, however SAP Center is no stranger to hosting NCAA Tournament events. The West Regional has been held at SAP Center three times, most recently in 2007, and First and Second Round Games were played there in 2010 and 2013. 

“The Pac-12 is thrilled to help bring one of the best sporting events in the world to the Bay Area,” said Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott. “I have no doubt that the Sweet Sixteen® and Elite Eight® games in San Jose will deliver the energy and intensity that the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship is known for. College basketball is thriving on the West Coast, and I’m excited that our fans will get to experience top-level postseason play in person at SAP Center.”

The other 2017 NCAA Regional sites include Kansas City, Mo. (Midwest), Memphis, Tenn. (South), and New York (East). 

Fans are also invited to purchase The NCAA Experience® official ticket and hospitality packages now through PrimeSport, the Official Ticket and Hospitality Provider of the NCAA.

Beginning in February, tickets can be bought and sold directly with other fans through the official NCAA Ticket Exchange. The NCAA Ticket Exchange allows fans to sell and buy official tickets online in an NCAA-approved, safe, and 100% guaranteed environment.
