Zoe Antoinette Campos Signs National Letter of Intent

Head women's golf coach Carrie Forsyth has announced that Zoe Antoinette Campos (Valencia, Calif./California Connection Academy – Capistrano) has signed her National Letter of Intent with UCLA.
 
"Zoe has been one of the very best players in her class for many years," Forsyth said. "She has had an exceptional junior golf career, which includes the honor of being named SCGA Co-Player of the Year, and a selection to the AJGA Junior Solheim Cup team. We are thrilled to have her join our roster and know that she will make an immediate impact."
 
In October, Campos was named to the Rolex Junior All-America First Team. Ranked sixth in the Rolex AJGA Ranking at the time of the All-America announcement, Campos earned her fourth Rolex Junior All-America award. This season in AJGA events, she tied for second at the Under Armour/Alison Lee Championship, tied for fourth at the Rolex Tournament of Champions and tied for sixth at the AJGA Girls Invitational at Stanford.
 
Outside of AJGA action during the 2020 calendar year, Campos won the Major Champions Invitational, was fourth at the Joanne Winter Arizona Silver Belle Championship and tied for sixth at the SCGA Women's Amateur. She also reached the round of 16 in match play at the California Women's Amateur and the round of 32 at the U.S. Women's Amateur.
 
During the 2019 season, Campos tied for second at the SCGA Women's Amateur and tied for fourth at the Rolex Tournament of Champions. She competed in the inaugural Augusta National Women's Amateur, tying for fifth (-1, 215). Campos also represented the United States at the PING Junior Solheim Cup. At her highest, Campos has had a World Amateur Golf Ranking of No. 53.
