USC Men's Basketball Announces Schedule Changes For 2021 Stanford Series

Jan 27, 2021

2020-21 Schedule | 1/30 vs. Oregon Postponed

The rescheduled USC home game versus Stanford on Feb. 2 has been switched to a road game on that date at Maples Pavilion in Palo Alto, Calif., while the postponed game of Jan. 21 at Stanford has been moved to Feb. 22 at the Galen Center, it was announced today (Jan. 27).

USC will now travel to Stanford for a game at Maples Pavilion on Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 6 p.m. The game will air on FS1. The game will be Stanford's first game in its home venue this season, with 338 days elapsing since its last contest at Maples on March 1, 2020.

USC will host the Cardinal at the Galen Center on Feb. 22 at a time to be determined. That game will also air on FS1.

The shuffling of the 2020-21 USC-Stanford series began on Dec. 13 when the USC's home game with Stanford was canceled due to a COVID-19 issue within the USC program. That game was later rescheduled for Feb. 2. USC then was set to face the Cardinal at Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz, Calif. on Jan. 21, but a false-positive test in the USC program on game day forced the postponement of that game.

USC will be back in action tomorrow at the Galen Center hosting Oregon State at 2 p.m.  USC is 12-3 this season with a 6-2 record in Pac-12 play.
