TUCSON, Ariz. -- Offense was the name of the game for the Arizona Wildcats (4-2) on Friday night at Hi Corbett Field. The Cats hit five home runs and picked up 15 hits in a 13-11 victory over the Southeastern Louisiana Lions (3-2).

Friday night marked the first time since March 21, 2008 at USC that Arizona has hit five home runs in a single game. First baseman Branden Boissiere led the way with two dingers for his first career multi-HR game. Left fielder Blake Paugh collected his first of the year while designated hitter Jacob Berry and catcher Daniel Susac both clubbed their first collegiate long balls.

The Cats scored 12 runs from the second through fourth innings, tacked on an insurance run in the seventh and held on to secure their third straight win.

Right-handed relievers Preston Price and Vince Vannelle again played a big role for the Wildcats, with the former securing a crucial out in the eighth inning and the latter locking down a four-out save.
