Warner's Career Low Highlights First Day of Play
TUCSON, Ariz. – A strong opening round by the Arizona Wildcats, including a career best from sophomore Therese Warner, propelled the Wildcats through the two-round, opening day of the 2021 Wildcat Invitational. Arizona Women's Golf finished Monday's action in a tie, at 12-over, for fifth place out of 16 teams with a pair of individuals in the top 10 of the field.
The Wildcats' 13-under opening round was punctuated by Warner's career low of 65, which broke her previous best of 68 in last year's Wildcat Invitational.
