MESA, Ariz. – After a short break, Arizona Women's Golf will return to action on Friday as part of the field of the Clover Classic. The three-day tournament, hosted by Arizona State, will mark Arizona's first event of the season with its full compliment of players as decorated junior Ya Chun Chang returns to the lineup.

"We are excited to welcome Ya Chun back for her season debut this weekend," said head coach Laura Ianello. "Adding an excellent golfer to our rotation with great experience like Ya Chun will impact our play among this competitive field. This weekend will be a great opportunity to build on our experience earlier this week at the Wildcat Invitational while adding Ya Chun into our game plan."

The field of the 2021 Clover Classic includes three programs ranked in the top 25 of this week's GolfStat rankings as well as regional opponents Arizona State, Colorado, Colorado State, Grand Canyon and UNLV.

The Wildcats completed their home event, the Wildcat Invitational, on Wednesday with a fifth-place finish as Yu-Sang Hou, Vivan Hou and Therese Warner all finished in the top 25 individually.
