Jun 12, 2021

TUCSON, Ariz. — Game two of the Tucson Super Regional between the Arizona Wildcats (44-16) and the Ole Miss Rebels (45-21) went to the Rebels with a final score of 12-3 on Saturday night.

Ole Miss scored seven runs over the first two innings and held their lead for the remainder, tying the series at one game apiece and setting up a rubber game Sunday night with a College World Series berth on the line.

The Wildcats will play as the home team in Sunday night's 6:00 p.m. MST finale. Tickets are still available for purchase HERE.

The Arizona offense was able to put up double-digit hits but only pushed across three runs. Center fielder Donta Williams, who has flexed newfound power in 2021, swatted his eighth home run of the season in the top of the seventh inning. Tony Bullard and Ryan Holgate both checked in with run-scoring at-bats in the fourth inning.
