Men's Hoops OOC Schedule Includes Road Trips to SDSU and Creighton
The men's basketball team has changed the attitude about non-conference road games in Bobby Hurley's six years with some big wins and hardly any losses.
That will be put to the test again in 2021-22, as the Sun Devil non-conference schedule is out and includes road trips to two places where it is tough to play but Coach Hurley's squads have won there already, San Diego State and Creighton. ASU is 8-2 in non-conference road games under Coach Hurley, as it was 8-22 in its previous 30 OOC road tilts.

Both San Diego State and Creighton made the 2021 NCAA Tournament with Creighton falling to Gonzaga in the Sweet Sixteen.
SDSU enters 2022-22 having won an average of 24.8 games the last 16 seasons (including nine NCAA Tournaments that would have been nine in 2019-20) and has won the Mountain West Championship regular season title five of the past eight years.
ASU will play in the Battle 4 Atlantis during Thanksgiving, and take on defending NCAA champion Baylor and either Syracuse or VCU in the second contest.
