Freshmen Jackson Rivera (74) and graduate senior Alex Ross (75) paced USC's final-round efforts as the Trojans wrapped play Wednesday (Sept. 15) in the Maridoe Invitational at the Maridoe G.C. in Carrollton, Texas.
USC, featuring four freshmen in the lineup, took 14th at 70-over 934 (309-313-312).
Rivera led USC's finishers for the second tournament in a row, tying for 28th at 8-over 224 (74-76-74). He closed play with a birdie on 18 today.
Ross tied for 58th at 17-over 233 (77-81-85) while freshman Gavin Aurilia took 64th at 20-over 236 (77-79-80).
Freshman Daniel Tang finished 69th at 25-over 241 (81-77-83) and redshirt freshman Parker Rostowsky was 73rd at 39-over 255 (83-86-86).
USC returns to action Oct. 4-5 at the Colonial Invitational in Fort Worth, Texas.
