Beavers Picked To Finish Tied For Fourth In Preseason Media Poll

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's basketball team was picked to finish in a tie for fourth place in the 2021-22 Pac-12 Conference race, according to a poll of media members who cover the conference.
 
It's the highest the Beavers have been picked to finish since 1992-93 when they were predicted to place third. Oregon State was picked to finish fifth in the preseason poll in 2000 and 2010.
 
The Beavers were picked to finish 12th last season. However, they far exceeded expectations by winning the Pac-12 Tournament Championship for the first time in program history and advancing to the NCAA Tournament Elite Eight.
