The first chance to see the Sun Devils in action is the Maroon & Gold intrasquad scrimmage Nov. 5. Admission is free to the public. ASU officially opens the season on the road at the Mountaineer Open on Nov. 14. The home opener is Nov. 19 against Big 12 co-champion and preseason No. 12 Oklahoma.

The Sun Devils stay on the road for the rest of 2021, traveling to No. 13 Wyoming's Cowboy Open on Nov. 27, followed by the hotly anticipated National Duals on Dec. 20 and Dec. 21 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. ASU then ends its streak of road matches with a neutral site match against No. 5 Michigan on Jan. 3.

The January home slate opens with No. 19 Iowa State coming to town on Jan. 9. The Sun Devils then go back on the road for four matches, starting off with No. 11 Pitt on Jan. 14 followed by No. 21 Princeton on Jan. 16, No. 20 Cal Poly on Jan. 21, and CSBU on Jan. 23.

Program rival No. 24 Oregon State makes a trip to DFA on Jan. 30, followed by a matchup with No. 13 Stanford on Feb. 4. The Sun Devils go on the road one last time to face Little Rock on Feb. 6, before returning home for the final two matches of the season against No. 2 Missouri on Feb. 12 and No. 19 Lehigh on Feb. 18.

The Sun Devils welcome back six All-Americans in 125 runner-up Brandon Courtney, Michael McGee, Jacori Teemer, Anthony Valencia, Cohlton Schultz and Kordell Norfleet. Fresno State transfer Kyle Parco rounds out ASU's seven-man All-American crew.

Last season the Sun Devils placed fourth at the NCAA Tournament, their first top-5 finish since the 2002-03 season. ASU also claimed its fourth Pac-12 Championship title in five years. Heading into this season, InterMat Wrestling currently has the Sun Devils ranked at No. 8 (Dual Meets) and projected to finish third at the NCAA Tournament.
