COACHES THOUGHTS: Head Coach Garrett Clegg
"We have played well in our last three events. We've been close and in contention to win, but have not been able to finish on top. I know the guys are excited to get back on the course and put themselves in contention. There are 15 teams this week and it will be a challenge for our team since none of the guys have seen the course. They are great players and I'm excited for us to finish our fall season in California."

The Visit Stockton Invitational is a three-day event consisting of 54 holes with 18 holes being played Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The tournament will take place at the Stockton Golf & Country Club in Stockton, Calif. The first Ute will tee off at 9:30 a.m. MT on Thursday with the rest following shortly in a shotgun start format. Tee times for Friday and Saturday will be determined based on the results from round one.

The Utes competed in the Oregon State Invitational where the team finished in third place after shooting 3-over (855). Mandur led the team shooting 4-under (209) and claimed third place thanks in large part to his performance in rounds one and three where he shot 2-under (69). Fellow senior Tomlinson shot 1-over (214) to finish in a four-way tie for 13th while Reedtz, who shot 4-over (217), finished in a tie for 18th. Rounding out the team was León and Barcos who both finished in a six-person tie for 24th. It was the first time this season that all five members of the team finished in the top 25. Lloyd competed in his first tournament as an individual and placed 38th after shooting 10-over (223).
