Men’s Golf Competes In California

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State men's golf team heads to California for its final tournament of the fall when it opens competition at the Saint Mary's Invitational on Monday in Pebble, Beach, Calif.
 
OSU last competed Oct. 11 and 12 in Corvallis at the Oregon State Invitational, finishing in fourth place.
 
The Beavers last competed in Pebble Beach in 2019, taking fifth. Current Beaver Carson Barry finished in a tie for third at 6-under, while Jackson Lake tied for 16th at 2-under.
 
FIELD (19): BYU, Coastal Carolina, Colorado State, Fresno State, Long Beach State, LMU, Nevada, Northern Illinois, Oregon, Oregon State, New Mexico, Pacific, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Seattle, St. Mary's, Stanford and Washington State.
 
COURSE: The tournament will be held at the par-71, 7,002-yard Poppy Hills Golf Course in Pebble Beach, Calif.
 
BEAVERS' LINEUP: Oregon State's lineup will consist of Jackson Lake, Carson Barry, Mateo Fuenmayor, Nolan Thoroughgood and Carson Enright.
 
FORMAT: Three-day, 54-hole tournament with 18 holes each on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The top-four individuals from each five-member team with the lowest scores for each 18-hole round constitute the scoring members for that given round.
 
TEE TIMES: The tournament will run with a tee times format, starting at 8 a.m. PT each morning.
 
LIVE SCORING: There will be live scoring for the tournament on golfstat.com.
