Oregon won both matches in Eugene this past spring. In the most recent match, the UO trio of Morgan Lewis, Gloria Mutiri and Brooke Nuneviller combined for 29 kills in a straight-set win (Feb. 14). Neither team has won more than two in a row in the series since UO won four straight between the 2011 and 2012 seasons.

Then-No. 16 Oregon had a slow start in Pullman, Wash., and suffered a straight-set loss to 22nd-ranked Washington State. Brooke Nuneviller registered a match-high 15 kills to extend her streak with double digits to nine in a row. In the setback, middle blockers Abby Hansen and Karson Bacon combined for 10 kills against the Cougars.

In the Rankings
