- Went 5-0 to repeat as the 141-pound champion at the Southern Scuffle on Sunday.
- Also the 2020 champion, he is the first two-time Southern Scuffle champion in program history.
- Picked up a pair of victories over ranked opponents, defeating No. 8 Andrew Alirez of Northern Colorado (5-4) in the semifinals and No. 15 Allan Hart of Missouri (4-0) in the final.
- Outscored his opponents 22-5 during the two-day tournament.
- Ranked No. 7 nationally, improved to 8-0 on the season and 33-4 in his Cardinal career.
