Utah Gymnastics Meet Day - Everything U Need To Know

Jan 13, 2022

MEET DAY INFORMATION
No. 4 Utah and No. 3 Oklahoma will compete at 7:30 p.m. MT at the Jon M. Huntsman Center for the 2022 season opener. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 7:15 p.m. MT for team introductions and help celebrate the 2021 season with the new Final Four and Pac-12 Championship banners being debuted. Utah's home opener will be its "Fan Appreciation Meet". Trading cards for three of the Red Rocks will be given away in the concourse pre-meet, while the first 1,500 fans will receive an American First Credit Union fan shirt.

MASK UP
The University of Utah has issued a campus mask order consistent with the Salt Lake County's mandatory mask mandate that went into effect on Jan. 8, which requires all fans in attendance to wear a mask in public spaces while indoors. This protocol requires all fans in attendance to wear a well-fitted mask inside the Jon M. Huntsman Center for Friday night's meet.

DIGITAL TICKETS
Tickets and parking will be scanned on meet days using the ticket holder's mobile device. Tickets also may be transferred to others via email. Fans are asked to have their tickets and parking passes downloaded to their wallet on either iPhone or Android devices, and ready to present upon arrival at the parking lot to expedite the entry process. Step-by-step instructions for the process have been delivered to season ticket holders via email and may be accessed online by logging in to a season ticket holder's account and selecting "Manage Tickets" from the pull-down menu, under Tickets.

PARKING PERMITS
Crimson Club members who have signature parking passes will park in the signature lot, which is located in the central garage just to the west of the Huntsman Center. Fans attending the meet without permits can park in the lots designated as general parking or in the visitor pay lots. Passes for the lots designated as permit parking can be purchased through the Crimson Club by making a $100 contribution to the Dumke Expansion Project. With this contribution, you will become a Crimson Club member for the 2021-22 season. For an interactive view of the 2022 parking map, click here. For a downloadable PDF version, click here.

FREE GENERAL PARKING
Free general parking lots are highlighted in pink on the parking map. The free general lots closer to the Huntsman Center fill up early. The best place to find free general parking is in the lot next to Rice-Eccles Stadium where you can ride TRAX for free to the Huntsman Center to the South Campus Station Stop. Fans can also park in the Eccles Broadcast Center Parking lot and take TRAX two stops down to the arena for free. Your meet ticket serves as your fare on TRAX.
