Sailing Spring Schedule Announced

STANFORD, Calif. - Sailing's spring slate has been announced, with the team beginning the 2022 portion of their season at the Bryson Women's Fleet Race in late February. The Cardinal will also race in the PCCSC Women's Team Race Championship with a chance to win a trophy in the first action of the spring.

The spring season will feature plenty of travel for Stanford, with the team heading east for ten different regattas. The Cardinal will also travel to Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and Honolulu over the next four months.

Stanford will compete in three championship regattas during the season, racing in the PCCSC Women's Team Championship over the weekend of February 19-20, the PCCSC Coed Championship on April 9, and the PCCSC Women's Championship over the weekend of April 16-17. The team will wrap up competition in May with three national races at Tulane over successive weekends with the Team Race Nationals over May 16-18, Coed Fleet Race Nationals from May 19-22, and the Women's Fleet Race Nationals over May 23-26.

Stanford will look to continue the success from the fall season where the Cardinal finished 13 regattas in the top five, including seven first place finishes.

The first action of the season will be over the weekend of February 19-20 at the Bryson Women's Fleet Race and the PCCSC Women's Team Race Championship.
