Beavers Fall To Sun Devils

TEMPE, Ariz. – Oregon State lost to Arizona State 73-53 on Saturday night at Desert Financial Arena.
 
Glenn Taylor Jr. posted his first career double-double with 14 points and a career-best 10 rebounds. Dashawn Davis added 13 points, Roman Silva finished with eight points and eight rebounds, and Maurice Calloo chipped in six points and tied a career high with nine rebounds.
 
The Beavers had only seven scholarship players available for the third-straight game. Warith Alatishe (knees), Rodrigue Andela (foot), Isaiah Johnson (concussion), Xzavier Malone-Key (back) and Tre' Williams all missed the game with injuries.
 
Marreon Jackson led Arizona State (10-15, 6-9 Pac-12) with 15 points.
 
Oregon State (3-22, 1-14 Pac-12) returns to Gill Coliseum for its next three games, beginning with No. 17 USC at 8 p.m. on Thursday that will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
