Golfers Headed To Briar’s Creek Invitational

BOULDER — A busy March continues for the Colorado women's golf team as the Buffaloes are set to compete at the Briar's Creek Invitational, hosted by College of Charleston, March 14-15.
 
The tournament will take place at The Golf Club at Briar's Creek in John's Island, S.C. It is a par 72, 6,116-yard course. This is the ninth year of the event and this year's field features 18 teams: Boston College, Campbell, Charleston, Charleston Southern, Colorado, East Carolina, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, N.C. State, Old Dominion, Penn State, Tulane, UCF and Wisconsin.
 
Play begins on Monday, March 14, with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. EDT as teams will play 36 holes. Then on Tuesday, March 15, the tournament will wrap up with another shotgun start at 8:45 a.m. EDT as the final 18 holes are played. The Buffs have been paired with Charleston and Wisconsin for the first day and will tee off from the first hole.
