Summer of Competition Kicks Off with U.S. Open in Vegas

TEMPE - Sun Devil Wrestling will be represented by seven student-athletes in the U.S. Open Championships April 26-May 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cohlton Schultz (greco 130kg), Richard Figueroa (57 kg), and Cael Valencia (79 kg) will wrestle under the Sunkist Kids Wrestling Club, while ASU will officially oversee Lou Fincher (65 kg), Ricky Roberto (74 kg), Jacob Ortiz (86 kg) and Mykey Ramos (70 kg). Competition takes place at the South Point Hotel & Casino. This is the initial qualifier for the 2022 U20 and Senior World Team Trials
