IRCA Scholar-Athlete Team Includes 13 UW Men

A total of 13 members of the Washington men's rowing team have earned a place on the list of 2022 Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) Scholar-Athletes list.
In order to be named a "scholar-athlete", rowers and coxswains must have met the following criteria:

  • Athletes must be in second year or more of eligibility
  • Athletes must have competed in their program's top 3 boats during the current season or raced at the 2022 IRA Championship.
  • Athletes must have, at least, a 3.50 cumulative GPA through fall semester.

Here are the 13 UW men, many of whom will compete at the 2022 Henley Royal Regatta this week, named to the IRCA's team, with year, hometown and major(s):
