Pac-12 Insider to feature blockbuster women’s volleyball match between No. 9 Stanford and No. 3 Louisville
SAN FRANCISCO – Pac-12 Insider, the free, 24/7 streaming channel from Pac-12 Networks, is up and running for its second year of live event programming and set to air a blockbuster women’s volleyball matchup this weekend between No. 9 Stanford and No. 3 Louisville.
The Cardinal and Cardinals will get rolling on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. MT from Maples Pavilion, which will be the 25th live event to air on Pac-12 Insider this season. Over 100 live events were broadcast on Insider across its debut season in 2021-22, including coverage of Pac-12 Football Media Day, various Olympic sport contests, and NCAA postseason events.
Pac-12 Insider is available to all viewers on Pac-12.com and the Pac-12 Now app, as well as nine partner platforms: Local Now, Redbox, Samsung TV Plus, Sportstribal, The Roku Channel, Vizio, Xumo, Sling, and Tubi. The programming calendar for Pac-12 Insider is supplemented by original weekly productions, including “THE IT FACTORY: Pac-12 Football with Yogi Roth,” presented by Zayo and “Pocket Presence with Max Browne.”

Stanford enters the matchup 5-2 on the year with three ranked wins on the year, including a pair of impressive road victories in its last two appearances.

The Cardinal took down then-No. 3 Minnesota, 3-1, on Saturday, Sept. 10 behind 17 kills from senior opposite Kendall Kipp, who ranks 25th in the country with 4.91 points per set.

The hot streak continued with a 3-1 victory at No. 2 Nebraska this past Tuesday, with a combined 28 kills and three aces from Kipp and freshman outside Ella Rubin.

Kipp and Rubin are reigning Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week and Freshman of the Week honorees, respectively.

Louisville is 8-1 on the year after a 2021 campaign that saw the Cardinals reach their first-ever national semifinal.
