Baseball’s Recruiting Class Ranked 16th By Baseball America

Sep 23, 2022

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State baseball's recruiting class has been ranked 16th by Baseball America, the publication revealed when it released its top-25 classes for the 2023 season.

From Baseball America: "Oregon State in 2021 brought its highest-ranked recruiting class (No. 6) to campus since 2013. The 2022 group doesn't rank quite as high, but it's another strong class for the Beavers, especially after (Gavin) Turley came to school despite being drafted in the 19th round by the D-backs."

Turley is ranked as the No. 2 overall freshman nationally by Perfect Game. He's joined by Ely Kennel (No. 124), Dallas Macias (166), Jacob Krieg (303) and Nelson Keljo (431).
