Sep 28, 2022

LOS ANGELES — The USC women's rowing team announced its 2022-23 competition schedule on Wednesday, Sept. 28.

The Women of Troy are ready to hit the water and will open the fall season in October as they head east to Boston to face a strong field of teams at the Head of the Charles.

The Trojans have their first head race of the season on Nov. 5 against Stanford at USC's home course, the Port of Los Angeles. After racing the Trees, USC faces off with Loyola Marymount on Nov. 12. The Trojan boats will return to their home course to go head-to-head with the Lions. This regatta will conclude the USC's fall racing.

Spring racing kicks off against the Lions for a Feb. 11 scrimmage at the Port. On Mar. 11, the Trojans host crosstown rival UCLA for a home dual. The Trojans and the Bruins will race for the Amy Fuller Kearney-Lori Guerrero Azbill Trophy.

Up next, the Women of Troy return to Mission Bay for the 49th annual San Diego Crew Classic (Apr. 1-2). Weeks later, the Trojans visit the northeast for the Ivy League Invite (Apr. 15-16) in Princeton, N.J. With another quick turnaround, USC ventures to Eugene, Ore. for the Dexter Lake Invite (Apr. 29).

The Pac-12 championships are set for May 14 with location to be announced at a later date. NCAA championships will take place May 26-28 in Camden, N.J.
