Osborne Named to Naismith Player of the Year Midseason Team

ATLANTA – Senior Charisma Osborne has been named to the Jersey Mike's Naismith Player of the Year Midseason Team as announced Tuesday by the Atlanta Tip-Off Club. The shooting guard is one of 30 Division I women's basketball players selected to the midseason list.
 
The senior adds to her decorated list of accolades, as she has previously been named to the 2022-23 Preseason All-Pac-12 Team, the 2023 Ann Meyers Drysdale Award Mid-Season Top 10 List and the Wooden Award Midseason Top 20.
 
Osborne leads the Bruins in scoring this season, averaging 15.8 points per game in her 23 appearances. The senior also leads UCLA in rebounding, grabbing 5.4 boards per contest. Osborne has put up seven 20-point games this season and recorded three double-doubles on the year.
 
The Bruins return to action on Friday, Feb. 10, at 5 p.m. against Oregon State for a rematch against the Beavers. The game will be played in Pauley Pavilion presented by Wescom and broadcast to the Pac-12 Network and Pac-12 Los Angeles.
