#14 Hockey Releases Desert Hockey Classic Matchups

TEMPE -- For the second consecutive year, No. 14 Sun Devil Hockey hosts the Desert Hockey Classic on Friday, Jan. 5 and Saturday, Jan. 6 at Mullett Arena. The team will host participating schools UMass-Lowell, Harvard, and Omaha and announced the Friday night matchups for the tournament on Tuesday afternoon. 

A tilt between Omaha and Lowell kicks off the tournament at 3:30 p.m. MST on Friday followed by ASU vs. Harvard at 7 p.m.

The winner of game one will play the winner of game two on Saturday night and the losers of each of Friday's games will play a consolation game on Saturday. 

ASU will compete at 7 p.m. on both nights regardless of Friday night's results. 

Friday, Jan. 5
Game 1 (3:30 p.m.): Omaha vs. UMass Lowell
Game 2 (7 p.m.): ASU vs. Harvard

Saturday, Jan. 6
Game 3 (3:30 p.m.): Harvard vs. Omaha or UMass Lowell
Game 4 (7 p.m.): ASU vs. Omaha or UMass Lowell

Tickets for the Desert Hockey Classic are all-session and include both games for the respective days and will be available for purchase starting on Black Friday, Nov. 24 at 9 a.m. MST.
