Men's Tennis Hosts Final Home Matches

EUGENE, Ore. - The No. 57 Oregon men's tennis team hosts their final two matches of the regular season, as the Ducks face No. 22 Arizona State on Friday and No. 10 Arizona on Sunday.

Oregon seeks to extend their winning streak after defeating Washington in a rivalry match last week.  
 
Vandecasteele remains at the lead of singles forces, ranked 83rd. Sophomore Vlad Breazu looks to improve his record with ten singles wins this season, while Lo looks to extend a five-game win streak.  
 
Vandecasteele and Matthew Burton improved their doubles ranking to No. 46 after winning five consecutive matches. The duo is 12-6 on the season.  
 
Arizona State brings competition with No. 9 Murphy Cassone and No. 54 Bor Artnak on the singles side. In doubles, the Sun Devils' roster includes No. 76 ranked pair Bor Artnak and Max McKennon. 
 
On Sunday, Arizona will bring an array of ranked players, led by No. 20 Colton Smith in the singles. Their lineup also includes No. 30 Jay Friend, and No. 75 Gustaf Strom. Smith and Friend make up the No. 29 ranked doubles team for the Wildcats.  
 
The Ducks will recognize graduates David Cierny, Ray Lo, Avi Shugar and Quinn Vandecasteele prior to Sunday's match. The 12 p.m. match will also feature donuts and a visit from the Duck.
